Nam Koo Terrace is also called "Red-Brick House" and as well known as "Ghost House" at Ship Street, Wanchai District, Hong Kong.
It was built in 1918 owned by Chinese rich man with last named "Tu", and was used as a "comfort house" for the Japanese soldiers during the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong.
