Had a chance-encounter that a chef was riding the bamboo log to press the flour with duck-eggs to make the traditional and historical Jook-sing noodles (竹昇麵), in work-room of one famous noodle eatery, Sai Yee Street, Mong Kok District, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
