Cold weather as 10°C of temperature in this morning, decided to lunch by the Clay-pot rice of Cured-meat (臘味煲仔飯), with Preserved-pork (臘肉), Cured-sausage (臘腸) and Cured-liver sausage (潤臘腸), for warming up in one famous eatery of Clay-pot Rice, Des Voeux Road West, Sai Ying Pun District, Hong Kong.
