A set lunch included a dish of Braised Rice with Mutton in XinJiang style (新疆特色羊肉手抓飯), a bottle of Sheep Milk Jelly (羊奶凍) and a cup Warter with Osmanthus, Lemon and Honey (桂花檸蜜), was in one XinJiang cuisine restaurant, Pak Tai Street, To Kwa Wan District, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
