Old style cuisine, braised sliced pork and preserved vegetables with rice (梅菜扣肉飯), was in one old Chinese Tea-House that had won the Michelin Award and is going to be closed next mid-month, Hong Keung Street, San Po Kong District, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
